Product Description

The Black Masterbatch E109 is is one economical black LDPE based masterbatch, containing recycle polymer carrier, high strength carbon black and super fine CaCo3. The Black Masterbatch E109 is suitable for use in films with low performance requirements and the typical end product is trash/garbage bags. It isn't recommended for high quality films or other film products with high performance requirements

Carrier=Recycled Polymer

Carbon Black =M8300

Calcium Carbonate= 800mesh

Black Masterbatch E109 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.

Method of Usage

Black Masterbatc E109 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.

Recommended Dosage

2-6% subjected to the final products requirements.

Melting Flow Index : 18g/10min(21.6kg/190℃) 

Moisture Content : <0.2%

Packaging

Black Masterbatch E109 is supplied in pellet form and packed in 25kg per paper or plastic bags. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
