Product Description

The Black Masterbatch 8010 is is an economical black recycle PE based masterbatch containing common carbon black and super fine CaCo3.The Black Masterbatch 8010 is appliable for low performance and requirements blowing film productions, mostly for trash/rubbish bags production. The Black Masterbatch 8010 is not suitable for high requirement films, due to low concentration, the opacity is comparative lower, the dosage should be higher.

Composition

Carbon Black Content=18%±1%

Carrier=Recycled LDPE

Carbon Black =M8200+M8300

Calcium Carbonate= 800mesh

Compatiable Applications

Black 8010 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.

Method of Usage

Black Masterbatch 8010 could be directly put into the raw materials with evenly mixing before production, no need for pre-heating. If the raw materials is recycle one, it would be better to add some Desiccant Masterbatch to absorb the moistures from the materials.

Recommended Dosage

2-4% subjected to the final products requirements.

Melting Flow Index : 18g/10min(21.6kg/190℃) 

Moisture Content : <0.2%

Packaging

Black Masterbatch 8010 is supplied in pellet form packed in 25kg bags.It should be stored in a dry place.
