Product Description
6005 is the lowest grade Black Masterbatch in Anda, it's made of the recycle PE as carrier and M8300 carbon black, and 400 mesh CaCO3 calcium carbonate filler and PE wax additives. The Black Masterbatch can only be used in granulation/compounding and big pipe production, not recommended for blowing film and direct injection. The arbon black content of 6005 is 12%, economical grade.

Black 6005 is designed for use in LDPE,HDPE,LLDPE.
Method of Usage
Black 6005 is designed for ease of dispersion and is therefore suitable for direct addition and mixing with plastic resins in mixer,avoiding pollution and mal-scattering problems caused by pigment.
Recommended Dosage
1-7% subjected to the final products requirements.
