As the upgraded version of 9014 fB, the 47% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 9014C does not has no more difference with 9014B, except the carbon black content is 2% higher, so it is more black and more shiny than 9014B. The 47% Carbon Black Black Masterbatch 9014C is made of 100% Virgin polyethene carrier and high-qulaity carbon black, without any calcium carbonate filler, adding special chemical additives for lubricant and dispersion. 47% Carbon Black Masterbatch 9014C has suitable disperiona abilties, its MFI is as high 16 gram/10 mintues 21.6kg &190 Cdegree.The 45% Carbon Black black masterbatch 9014C is one injection grade black masterbatch, and could be directly used for most thermal plastic hard resin injection , molding and compounding, pressure sheet,extrution pipe. The 47% Carbon Black Masterbatch comply with SGS testing and ROHS requirements, does not content heavy metal, does not have any odor smell, compatiable with ABS, PC, PS, Nylon, PPM, PPS all engineering materials..

Recommended Dosage
1-3% subjected to the final products requirements.
