DESCICCANT MASTERBATCH
Desiccant Masterbatch DM100 is one grade for pipe extrusion production, can not be used for blowing film applications.
During pipe production, there are many pipes made with recycle PE material. But ecycled Polyethylene(PE) or Recycled Polypropylene(PP)often contains some moisture,if not eliminated, the moisture will produce drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the pipes while processing, besides quality affected, the moisture even cause impossibility of processing. Plastic desiccant masterbatch DM100 is the functional masterbatch developed to eliminate the moisture of recycled PE and recycled PP. With high dosage (4-10%) of Desiccant Masterbatch DM100,by mixing with material,it can absorb the moisture or humidity during production process and save drying process, so it could effectively improve the recycle materials re-production, save the natural resource. The Desiccant Masterbatch DM100 is environment-friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.
Application: DM100 is specially designed for pipe extrusion, can not be used for blowing film.

Characteristic
1. Can reduce or prevent the drain mark and bubbles by absorbing moisture
2. Can absorb the moisture equivalent to 20% of the weight of dessicant masterbatch

Usage
1. Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if breakage.
2. Use over within 8 hours after opening the packing.
3. Adding rate:4%~10%
4. Mixed with the raw material.
5. Do not heat with recycle materia
Packing and storage
1. 5kg per vacuum PE bag, 5 bags per carton.
2. Handle carefully to avoid package damaged.
3. Store in ventilated, dry, and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain.
4. Recommended storage life: Up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
